Ingredients:-
4 tbsp. Oil
8-10 Garlic cloves
3-4 Green chillies
4 Onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. Sugar
Salt to taste
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
1 bunch Fenugreek, washed, chopped and soaked in water
2-3 tbsp. Coconut, grated
Method:-
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chillies, onions, sugar, salt, turmeric powder to it.
- Saute the onion until it is soft and then add the fenugreek to it.
- Now add the grated coconut and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 5minutes.
